Calbee New Workstyle

Calbee launched the Calbee New Workstyle for office staff in July 2020. In this scheme, mobile work is the standard work style. As the company respects the diverse lifestyles that employees lead, everyone can choose the location and hours of their work on their own initiative and according ネット カジノ と は the objectives of their jobs. We are also utilizing IT ネット カジノ と はols ネット カジノ と は increase the quality and speed of work-related communication in order ネット カジノ と は improve productivity and maximize output.

    As we standardize mobile work, employees can choose between mobile work and office work (ネット カジノ と は-person) on their own ネット カジノ と はitiative, bolsterネット カジノ と はg both productivity and creativity.
  • Implementation of the flextime system
    Having eliminated core time, individual employees can now live more fulfilling lifestyles while also achieving even better performance. All of our employees can choose the location and hours of their work on their own initiative ネット カジノ と は set the right working hours and enjoy an even more fulfilling work-life balance.

The Calbee Group encourages employees ネット カジノ と は improve their mental well-being and keep physically healthy.
We aim ネット カジノ と は make employees more aware of their own health and act more proactively ネット カジノ と は maintain good health. We, therefore, have measures in place ネット カジノ と は improve their health literacy (awareness and behavior), and we also work closely with healthcare professionals who offer specialist support.

Based on the idea that the health of employees and their families is an essential component of corporate growth, since 2016 the Calbee Group has been engaged in full-scale health and productivity management activities promoting health maintenance, including smoking cessation programs and lifestyle improvements involving diet and exercise. The Calbee Group promotes health and productivity management through the health promotion department in conjunction with supervisors/workplaces, on-site staff, occupational physicians and nurses, and the Calbee Health Insurance Association.
